مقدمة Introduction

مُنجِز منصة تعليمية تساعد المعلمين على تحضير الدروس وإدارة الفصول وملفات الأداء الوظيفي في بيئة آمنة. نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) في المملكة العربية السعودية، وسياسات متاجر التطبيقات (Google Play وApple App Store وHuawei AppGallery وMicrosoft Store).

Munjiz is an educational platform that helps teachers prepare lessons, manage classes, and build performance portfolios in a secure environment. We respect your privacy and protect your data in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the policies of the app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Microsoft Store).

تغطّي هذه السياسة كلًّا من تطبيق مُنجِز وموقع munjizapp.net (بما فيه صفحة توزيع المناهج).

This policy covers both the Munjiz app and the munjizapp.net website (including the curriculum-distribution page).

المعلومات التي نجمعها Information we collect

نجمع الحد الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط:

• بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة بشكل مشفّر) — لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك.
• حالة الاشتراك: لتفعيل الخدمات المدفوعة أو تقييدها.
• الملفات التي ترفعها اختياريًا: صور ومستندات شواهد الأداء الوظيفي التي تختار رفعها — تُخزَّن وتُعالَج بشكل آمن.
• بيانات تقنية محدودة: عند زيارة الموقع قد تُسجَّل بيانات أساسية مثل نوع المتصفح ووقت الزيارة لأغراض التشغيل والأمان.

We collect only what is needed to run the service: account data (email and an encrypted password), subscription status, files you choose to upload (performance-portfolio images/documents, stored securely), and limited technical data (e.g., browser type and visit time) when you use the website, for operation and security.

بيانات طلابك تبقى على جهازك Your students’ data stays on your device

لا نحفظ بيانات الطلاب على خوادمنا إطلاقًا. جميع بيانات فصولك وطلابك (الأسماء، الحضور، الدرجات، النقاط) تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازك فقط، وتبقى تحت سيطرتك أنت وحدك. مسؤولية هذه البيانات تقع على المعلم وجهته التعليمية.

We never store student data on our servers. All of your class and student data (names, attendance, grades, points) is stored locally on your device only and remains entirely under your control. Responsibility for this data lies with the teacher and their educational institution.

منصتا مدرستي ونور Madrasati & Noor

عند استخدامك ميزة جلب الفصول أو الطلاب، تتم العملية عبر جلستك المصرّح بها أنت داخل منصة مدرستي أو نظام نور. لا نخزّن بيانات دخولك لتلك المنصات، ولسنا مسؤولين عن سياسات خصوصيتها.

When you use the import feature, it runs through your own authorized session on Madrasati or Noor. We do not store your login credentials for those platforms, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

الدفع والمعاملات المالية Payments

تتم عمليات الدفع عبر:

• اشتراك الموقع: من خلال بوابة دفع معتمدة.
• الاشتراك داخل التطبيق: من خلال أنظمة الشراء في المتاجر (Apple App Store وGoogle Play وHuawei AppGallery وMicrosoft Store).

لا نخزّن ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك أو معلوماتك المالية. تخضع عمليات الاسترجاع لسياسات المتجر أو بوابة الدفع المعنية.

Payments are processed via an approved payment gateway (website) or the in-app purchase systems of the respective stores (Apple, Google Play, Huawei, Microsoft). We do not store or access your card or financial details. Refunds follow the policies of the relevant store or payment gateway.

كيف نستخدم المعلومات How we use information

• تشغيل الخدمة وتقديم مزاياها.
• تفعيل اشتراكك وإدارته.
• الدعم الفني والتواصل معك عند الضرورة.
• تحسين الأداء واكتشاف الأعطال ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

To operate and provide the service, manage your subscription, provide support and contact you when necessary, and to improve performance, detect faults, and prevent misuse.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط Cookies

يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط أساسية فقط لحفظ جلستك وتشغيل الخدمة. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف للإعلانات أو التتبّع التجاري.

The website uses only essential cookies to maintain your session and run the service. We do not use advertising or commercial tracking cookies.

مشاركة المعلومات Information sharing

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تجارية. قد تتم المشاركة فقط في الحالات التالية:

• مزوّدو خدمات موثوقون يشغّلون البنية التقنية نيابةً عنا (مثل خدمات الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات السحابية) بموجب التزامات حماية بيانات.
• ميزة المشاركة مع المدير: عند اختيارك مشاركة ملف شواهد، يُنشأ رابط/رمز QR يحتوي المحتوى الذي اخترت مشاركته — وهذا بقرارك وتحكّمك.
• متطلبات نظامية: عند طلب رسمي من جهة مختصة أو بموجب القانون.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Sharing happens only with trusted service providers operating our infrastructure under data-protection obligations, through the director-sharing feature you choose to use, or when required by law or competent authorities.

حماية البيانات Security

نطبّق إجراءات أمنية تقنية وإدارية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرّح به أو الفقد أو إساءة الاستخدام. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت بنسبة 100%.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

بيانات الطلاب والقُصّر Student & minors’ data

مُنجِز أداة موجّهة للمعلمين، وليست موجّهة للأطفال. أي بيانات طلاب يُدخلها المعلم تبقى محليًا على جهازه، ويكون المعلم وجهته التعليمية مسؤولَين عنها. لا نجمع عن عِلم بيانات شخصية لقُصّر على خوادمنا.

Munjiz is a tool for teachers, not directed at children. Any student data a teacher enters remains on the teacher’s device, and the teacher and their institution remain responsible for it. We do not knowingly collect minors’ personal data on our servers.

حقوقك Your rights

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك. للممارسة، راسلنا على support@munjizapp.net.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@munjizapp.net.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات Data retention

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك فعّالًا، ونحذفها عند طلبك أو بعد إغلاق الحساب، ما لم يتطلّب النظام خلاف ذلك.

We keep your account data while your account is active and delete it upon request or after account closure, unless the law requires otherwise.

تحديثات السياسة Policy updates

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث».

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
